Overview
We are currently adding a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will support our DaySmart Vet clients and software. DaySmart Vet is a cloud-based practice information management software (PiMS) solution for veterinary practices of all sizes. We are passionate about providing delightful experiences to our clients, and ensuring they have a successful onboarding experience and consulting with them to utilize our software to its fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for helping new clinics set up their accounts and prepare for a successful launch with DaySmart Vet. You will provide training and support to ensure clinics stay on track throughout their onboarding project. You will be partnering with a champion within the clinic to assist with the change management of implementing a new software system, so project management experience is necessary alongside excellent attention to detail. You will play an integral part in what we do to cement positive long-term relationships with our customers.
