We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager II with exceptional communication skills, a knack for execution, and a passion for creative problem-solving. In this role, you will ensure we build the right products and features to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize the technology backlog, and lead discovery efforts to deliver impactful features and functionality for DaySmart.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will:

• Define and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals that delivers measurable customer and organizational value

• Manage the development and prioritization of features

• Lead implementation and refinement processes to ensure timely delivery and effective technical collaboration

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle including identifying and managing technical dependencies

• Research customer workflows and pain points to inform product decisions

• Translate customer feedback into detailed, clear, actionable requirements

• Define, measure, and monitor key KPI’s for product health and adoption

• Evaluate competitor experiences and seek opportunities for differentiation

• Communicate effectively through exceptional writing, presentation, and public speaking skills

• Take initiative, work independently, and proactively drive your projects to completion

• Lead and mentor a small team consisting of one Product Manager and one UX/UI Designer, ensuring a steady and well-prioritized workflow

Required skills and qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS

• Strong technical acumen; able to address complex technical challenges

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and has a strong bias towards action

• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams

• Based in North America

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

• Experience with, or eagerness to learn, the problems recreation sports facilities and their customers face

• Previous experience using Metabase, JIRA, Confluence, Figma & Pendo

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
