We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Growth Representative (SGR) to help us expand our reach and deepen our relationships with current users.
Role:
As an SGR you’ll be on the front lines of growth—responsible for generating pipeline through outbound outreach and identifying upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. You’ll be a key player in helping grooming professionals discover how DaySmart Pet can bring even more value to their business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound outreach (calls, emails, social, etc.) to grooming businesses to generate new leads
- Re-engaging dormant or trial accounts and converting interest into qualified meetings
- Identifying upsell opportunities among current customers by understanding their evolving business needs
- Scheduling product demos for Account Executives and collaborating on sales strategy
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM
- Providing feedback to sales and marketing teams on what’s working—and what’s not—in the field
Required:
- 1+ year in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role (SaaS or service-based industry a plus)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to help small business owners succeed
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS sales, especially in outbound SDR or BDR roles
- Familiarity with grooming, wellness, or appointment-based service industries
- Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce)
Salary
- The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000 base plus a variable compensation plan worth at least an additional $25,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
