The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead and scale our Beauty sales organization. This role reports directly to the VP of Go-To-Market, Beauty and owns revenue performance across new business, payments, and account expansion.

You will lead a team of Account Executives plus a Team Lead, refine our sales motion, and architect the systems, coaching, and accountability needed to consistently hit (and exceed!) revenue targets. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives on blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You Will Do

  • Own revenue outcomes across new sales, payment attachment, and upsells
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and a Team Lead, building a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Design and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Use data to drive decisions, analyzing pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity, and activity metrics to improve performance
  • Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, training, and enablement programs to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle
  • Forecast accurately and report clearly on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Stay close to the market, maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership role, managing quota-carrying Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing and scaling high-velocity, high-volume inbound motions
  • Strong understanding of the beauty, wellness, or adjacent vertical SaaS space, with the ability to translate customer challenges into value-driven solutions
  • Consultative selling expertise, with a track record of coaching teams to run effective discovery and demos, and close value-based deals
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable owning both revenue metrics and the inputs that drive them (pipeline, activity, conversion)
  • Operational rigor, with experience building sales processes, forecasting models, and performance management systems
  • Technical fluency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and analytics platforms like Tableau and Metabase
  • Clear, confident communicator who can inspire teams, influence cross-functional partners, and provide direct, constructive feedback

Compensation

  • Base salary: $110,000–$130,000
  • Variable compensation: ~$100,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $210,000–$230,000

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
